COVID-19 Policies
COVID-19 made the travel industry face some of the most challenging times. To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our valued clients, we are committed to provide you with up to date information on travel restrictions implemented by some countries.
What you need to do
- Make sure you are up to date with your COVID-19 vaccines before travel.

- Do not travel if you have COVID-19 symptoms, tested positive for COVID-19, are waiting for results of a COVID-19 test, or had close contact with a person with COVID-19 and are recommended to quarantine.

At Arrowtravgroup, we ensure that all our hotel, airline, cruises, and other suppliers take necessary precautions and following the recommended guidelines from the Center for Disease Control and other governing authorities.
Since an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 still continues to exist in any public space, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 on traveling. While we do our best to help you with up to date information, we cannot be liable if you become sick or contract COVID-19 during travel. We recommend each traveler to assess their level of risk tolerance.
We urge you to check the latest guidelines from the CDC, the State Department travel advisories, as well as review the individual supplier’s websites that can help you confidently make decisions regarding the upcoming potential of travel to a certain location.
